You make an analogy between the iPhone’s effect on Mobile Phones and how your “iMap” Technology will change PC Information Management.  Could you elaborate?

No better example of “User and Mission CentricUser Interface Design can be cited than the Apple iPhone.  The Workflow to switch between Information Modes and Tasks on the typical Mobile Phone is frankly abysmal.  Apple concentrated on the User’s Mission and, in the understatement of the century, easily got Rookie of the Year honors in the Mobile Phone Segment.

The iPhone will have a long lasting impact on the Mobile Phone industry in general.  There is no turning back, all Mobile Phones will soon have, at a minimum, the usability of the iPhone.

Information Workflow: The Old Way

As powerful as Search is, there is too much repetitive Search; Experience is not electronically persisted; Vast amounts of time and effort are spent repurposing Information “Finds” to facilitate even the simplest collaboration; A wide chasm exists between the Computer’s Hierarchical or Tag Oriented Structure and the Human Associative Memory Process; There is an overreliance on frail Human Memory; PC Information Workflow feels as clunky as an outdated Cell Phone.
